Incorrect field or decimal separators used for flat file export

Decimal separators, thousand separators, field separators and date formats can be defined in both transaction /N/VDB/DV_CUST and /N/VDB/FILE_CUST.

The first one is relevant for non-flat file interfaces (for ex. SQL, Tableau etc.) where it defines the formats used with the data sent to the Data Distribution Engine (DDE).

However, the file interface uses the configuration specified in transaction /N/VDB/FILE_CUST, regardless what is defined in /N/VDB/DV_CUST.
