Successful RFC connection test but error "Incorrect URL or DDE not running" occurs

The RFC connection check only checks if the specified server and port is accessible. This means it can have a return code 200 (success), but the Data Distribution Engine (DDE) might not be running.

In order to check this, navigate to the DDE Job Monitor to check if it is running.

If it is not running then possibly the startup parameters were incorrect.

If it is running fine then the URL specified in the RFC destination is incorrect.
